Definition
Vegetable oil is an emollient that can also be found in skin care products, bath products and eye makeup. It is extracted from seeds, such as safflower seeds, and is used to help soften and smooth the skin. Vegetable oil can also be used as a food source that induces a pest to feed on a product in order to allow it to work, for example in an ant bait.
